HimAndHerToys currently ships only within the United States. We do not accept international orders. Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout.

Tracking information is provided after your order ships. All orders are packaged discreetly for your privacy.

Standard Ground Shipping (USA)

Standard Ground Shipping rates are based on the total shipment weight. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after the order ships.

Fragrance and Cologne Orders

Due to carrier regulations for alcohol-based products, some fragrance and cologne orders may require ground transportation. An expedited shipping method may not be available for every fragrance or cologne order. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Product names and product details are not displayed on the outside of the package.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed automatically.
